DESCRIPTION
VINITEX TR 1.5 Translucent is an non-reinforced flexible PVC membrane which is 1.5 mm thick.

APPLICATIONS
Waterproofing tunnels, galleries and basements.

PROPERTIES

• VINITEX TR 1.5 meets the requirements of EN 13491 standar specification. Certificate CE nº 0099/CPD/A86/0009.
• Membrane made exclusively from virgin resins.
• Highly puncture resistant.
• Excellent adaptability to terrain.
• High resistance to micro-organisms.
• Excellent mechanical properties.
• Easily welded using hot air, even several years after installation.
• Does not contain Cadmium.
• Not resistance to UV radiation.

INSTALLATION

• VINITEX TR 1.5 waterproofing systems must be installed by experienced and qualified personnel.
• Clean surfaces and remove particles and poorly attached material.
• Use a geotextile as a separation layer, fix in place using steel nails or expansion bolts with washers of the same material as the membrane.
• The washers can be fixed to the membrane using hot air welding, position the pads transversally.
• Membranes should be joined using double hot air welding, leaving a test channel between them.
• Before starting welding adjust the parameters for speed and temperature according to the ambient conditions and the surfaces of the membrane.

Supplied in rolls on wooden pallets.
Store in the original packaging in a dry place and protected from UV radiation, store horizontally.
