DESCRIPTION

VINITEX SA 1.2 mm is an non-reinforced flexible PVC-P membrane and is 1.2 mm in thickness.

   
 
APPLICATIONS

VINITEX SA 1.2 is suitable for waterproofing small roofing details.

   
 
PROPERTIES

• VINITEX SA 1.2 meets the requirements of EN 13956 standar specification. Certificate CE nº 0099/CPD/A85/0037.
• Membrane made exclusively from virgin resins.
• Extremely long-lasting.
• High level of waterproofing even under permanent deformation.
• Highly puncture resistant.
• Excellent stability under UV radiation.
• Easily welded using hot air, even several years after installation.
• Can be recycled.
• Excellent flexibility at low temperatures.

   
 
INSTALLATION
• VINITEX SA 1.2 waterproofing systems must be installed by experienced and qualified personnel.
• Surfaces must be clean and dry and free from sharp obtrusions. The membrane can be used on bitumen, asphalt, oil and tar surfaces and polyurethane and polystyrene isolation by using a suitable geotextile
as a separating layer.
• Membrane joins should be made using a hot air welder and should be checked by running a flat headed punch along the whole of the seam.
• Before starting welding adjust the parameters for speed
and temperature according to the ambient conditions and the surfaces of the membrane.
