Vinitex systems should be installed by experienced and qualified personnel.
Attached to Vinitex membrane which must be perforated beforehand to fit the size of the drain.
The drain is joined to the laminate using hot air thermo-welding. Weldability and the quality of welds are influenced by atmospheric conditions (temperature and humidity), welding conditions (temperature, speed, pressure, cleanliness etc) and by the condition of the membrane (cleanliness, humidity). The welder must be adjusted accordingly for correct welding.
All welds should be sealed using Vinitex Liquid.
